HOV Services specializes in the investigation, independent evaluation and resolution of all types of surety claims. HOV's involvement in a claims assignment can occur anytime from the initial claim filed by an obligee, to the relet or completion of defaulted work.
HOV Services' basic approach to investigation and resolution of claims starts with in-depth discovery research of project documents, defining dispute issues, interviews with project personnel, investigation of documented evidence and independent, objective evaluation of the terms of the contracts in force.
