Onsite Document Scanning Services
Our onsite facilities management services are suitable for back-file or day-forward conversions, whether they involve the scanning of office documents, engineering drawings, microfilm, microfiche or aperture cards.
Book Scanning and Specialty Media
In addition to more traditional document imaging services, HOV Services provides a number of very specialized scanning services that employ the latest technology to digitally convert books, posters, x-rays, 35mm film negatives and more.

Book Scanning
HOV Services utilizes Zeutschel high-end book scanners that are capable of scanning bound books at high resolution in color, grayscale, or black and white. Ideal for scanning up to D-size bound books as well as fragile documents that require digital preservation and delicate handling.
Graphic Arts Scanning
HOV Services can scan photographs and film up to 12” x 17” in color, grayscale and black and white. Extensive image enhancement techniques are available through the highly experienced use of Adobe Photoshop and Lead Tools.
X-Ray Scanning
HOV Services uses high resolution grayscale X-Ray scanners to scan 9.5” x up to 100” satellite films as well as conventional X-Ray, Mammography and other types and sizes of films.
35 mm photography negatives and slide film scanning
HOV Services is capable of scanning 35 mm negative strips and slides at resolutions up to 4,000 dpi in color or grayscale.
Large Format Scanning
HOV Services can convert large format engineering drawings and maps in color, grayscale or bitonal, up to 50” wide by unlimited length.
