| Service Desk has been designed for use on personal computers that run on Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms. Service Desk does not currently support Macintosh computers.

| Internet Connection |
| Service Desk was designed to work best with a high-speed Internet connection of at least a DSL or cable modem connection. Service Desk can be used with slower connections but you will naturally experience slower upload and download times. |

| Web Browser |
| Service Desk has been tested and optimized for both Internet Explorer 6.0 and Internet Explorer 7.0The multi-document upload feature uses a small Java applet. For those who choose not to allow applets, we offer a plain single-file upload option. |

| SSL Option |
| Add an additional layer of security by upgrading to a high security SSL website that uses advanced data encryption technology for all transmissions. |
